A note on your photos
When you use our design tool, the background removal happens in your own browser. Your photo is not sent to us while you are just previewing. We receive your photo only when you place an order or choose to submit it to us.

- Order details: your name, email, shipping address, phone (optional), and the product options you choose.
- The photo you upload for your pillow, and any story or note you choose to share.
- Payment: card payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as the last four digits), but we do not collect or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data your browser sends, such as device and usage information, to keep the site working and secure.
How we use your information
- To create, produce, and deliver your order, including sending proofs and order updates.
- To provide customer support and respond to you.
- To send marketing emails only if you opt in, which you can stop at any time.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site.
- To share your story publicly only with the consent you give on the story page.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Stripe, for payment processing.
- SendGrid, for order and marketing emails.
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
- Our hosting provider, to store data securely.
We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Marketing emails
If you opt in, we may email you about new products and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Order and account emails are transactional and are not marketing.

Data retention
We keep order records and the photos needed to reproduce your product for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
